In Sept. 2008, Congress passed, and the President signed the ADA amendments, which go into effect in Jan. 2009.  These amendments mean dramatic changes, including significantly expanded eligibility of students under section 504, which is particularly critical for regular education leaders.  This session will also include significant litigation develoments under Section 504 that affects students with IEPs under IDEA.
